you must be 18 or older

garmini is only for adults. you may use it only if you are 18 or older. by continuing you confirm that you are.

where the law of your country sets a higher age for entering contracts (for example 21 in egypt or kuwait), you also confirm that your parent or legal guardian allows you to use garmini and accepts these terms for you.

if we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete its data. if you think a person under 18 is using garmini, write to [CONTACT EMAIL].

what garmini is

garmini is an ai stylist. you chat with it, and it suggests outfits and products from the catalogues of independent shops ("merchants"). it can also use photos of clothes you own (your closet) to style looks around them.

garmini is in an invite-only beta. features may change, pause or stop, and we may limit or end access to the beta.

the stylist is an ai

suggestions are made by ai models and can be wrong: a colour, size, fit, price or stock level may not match the shop. always check the product page before you buy. style advice is an opinion, not a guarantee.

don't rely on garmini for medical, safety or professional advice, and don't share information you don't want processed as described in the privacy policy.

buying from merchants

garmini doesn't sell anything. when you tap "buy", you go to the merchant's own shop through a tracked link. your purchase is a contract between you and that merchant, on the merchant's terms: price, payment, delivery, returns and refunds are theirs.

we may earn a commission when you buy through a garmini link. it doesn't change the price you pay.

your account

• keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
• one person per account. don't create accounts for someone else or with false details.
• you can delete your account at any time in profile → settings → "delete my account". it takes effect at once and can't be undone.

your photos and messages

you keep ownership of what you send (messages and photos). you give us permission to store and process it only to run garmini for you, as the privacy policy describes.

only upload photos of clothes you own and have the right to share. don't upload photos of other people without their permission, of children, intimate or sexual images, or anything illegal. garmini refuses photos of children and of underwear.

sharing a look

when you share a look, anyone with the link can see the look's name and its pieces (never your chat, your profile or your closet photos). you can stop sharing at any time; the link then stops working.

fair use

• don't misuse garmini: no scraping, automated access, reverse engineering, attacks on the service, attempts to get around limits, or using it to make content that is unlawful, abusive or infringing.
• don't try to make the stylist reveal its instructions or act against these terms.
• we may limit, pause or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

garmini's content

the garmini name, logo, app and design are ours. product photos and descriptions belong to the merchants. you may use garmini for your own, personal shopping only.

no warranty, and limits on liability

garmini is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties, to the fullest extent the law allows. to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for what merchants do. nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law says can't be limited.

changes to these terms

we may update these terms. when we change them in substance we'll tell you in the app, and continuing to use garmini after that means you accept the new version.

law and disputes

these terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW]. disputes go to [COURTS / VENUE], unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring them where you live.
